The website describes engineering work by Promon Software Solutions Private Limited. It is not an offer to sell software off the shelf. Anything we build, migrate, or operate is under a written contract — statement of work, MSA, or purchase order — not this page.
Accuracy
Case studies are anonymized where the operator has not agreed to be named. Stack names (Cerillion, Comverse, and others) describe work we have done; they are not a partnership claim unless we say so in writing.
Inquiries
Sending the form does not create a contract. We will use the details to reply. Do not send passwords, subscriber data, or anything you would not put in an email to info@promon.co.in.
Liability
The public site is provided as-is. Delivery liability sits in the contract for that programme.
