Runbooks on-net for billing operations

A local model over runbooks and historic tickets. Agents get cited answers on the floor. Subscriber and billing data do not leave the operator network.

A UK billing operations team

The constraint

The answers already existed in runbooks and closed tickets. Agents still waited on a specialist. A public model was not acceptable for billing or subscriber text.

What we did

Ingest on-net. Retrieval with citations. No egress. The UI is the one agents already open, not a new portal.

How it ran

Corpus from runbooks and tickets, local deploy, audit of prompts and sources, floor trial with the ops lead in the room.

What was true after

Agents get a cited answer without sending a prompt off-net. Specialists still own exceptions.
